I wanted to send you a letter to tell
you how satisfied I am with the new garage makeover I purchased.
Not only is it fabulous and fun to work with, it is truly
a joy to pull my car into the garage and enter my house.
Like most people, I never use the front door and always enter
through the garage after parking my car. THe unfinished walls
and concrete floor just made for such a depressing site even
more so in the winter. This new makeover is absolutely wonderful.
More importantly is the salesman and his team that put it
all together. Moris Almog is by far the most impressive salesperson
I have ever dealt with. He was professional, caring and more
than genuine. His follow up skills with me were beyond the
norm. The day of installation was just as impressive. Moris
called me two days before as well as the morning of to confirm
times. He and his crew showed up right on schedule. The crew
was dressed professionally and it was easy to see that they
took pride in what the do. They were polite, professional
and most accommodating constantly asking me if I was satisfied
along the way. Moris stayed on site during the entire process;
this is truly a first for a salesperson to follow up in such
a professional manner.
Upon completion Moris as well as the crew cleaned the
place to the point that the appearance was nothing but spotless.
They spent time making sure I was satisfied and comfortable
with my purchase.
Additionally one week later, Moris Almog phoned me to verify
that I was still satisfied and pleased with the job. He is
by far the most impressive professional non-aggressive salesperson
I have ever dealt with.
There are many competitive companies out there with similar
products. We actually considered two other companies along
with your bid. Honestly it was more the follow up and professionalism
that I received from Moris that made our decision easy as
well as the quality of the product and the backing of Whirlpool.
Stability and a strong history of such a company truly put
my husband and me at a comfort level. I was extremely impressed
at the many add-on items that can be purchased at anytime
and as the need arises.
